Intensive In-Home Services
Crisis support and family-centered treatment where young people live
Intensive In-Home Services (IIH) provide team-based behavioral health support for children and adolescents through age 17 who have serious, chronic emotional, behavioral, or substance use symptoms. Services are delivered in the home and community so the treatment team can work directly with the young person and family.
What This Service Does
- Provides a dedicated clinical team with 24/7/365 crisis availability
- Helps reduce and stabilize urgent behavioral or emotional symptoms
- Strengthens caregiver skills, family relationships, and daily routines
- Coordinates with schools, providers, and community resources
- Works to help young people remain safely at home and avoid unnecessary out-of-home placement

Children and adolescents through age 17 whose behavioral health needs require intensive, community-based intervention and family participation.
